Yes. Download the installer for Windows 10 or 11 and use everything free for 14 days. After the trial, a licence keeps the full editor; without one the app stays a free viewer.
Create an account at portal.adovvi.com, then sign in from the app (Help → About → Activation). A personal licence covers two computers; team licences add colleagues. Computers without internet activate with a code from the portal.
Nowhere. Adovvi PDF opens, edits and saves files on your own computer. The optional cloud features (sharing, review links, signature requests) are only used when you sign in and choose them.
